Priscilla Jenkins, LCSW works with clients aged 18 and older who are looking for strategies to help better manage their anxiety and/or depression as they navigate various life transitions.
Priscilla Jenkins, LCSW, is a graduate of the University of TN College of Social Work receiving her BSSW in 1994 and MSSW in 1996. She has been licensed to practice by the State of TN Health Related Boards since 1998. Throughout her career, she has provided quality mental health services in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric facilities, CMH centers and non-profit social service agencies.
Treatment modalities include CBT, DBT. Target populations and areas of interest include anxiety, depression (and other mood disorders), grief, family systems and boundaries, co-dependency, self esteem issues, substance abuse issues and/or recovery, and other life transitions warranting support, validation and additional coping skills.
Priscilla has received several awards for her commitment to the field including the following: TCSW Leadership Advocacy in Social Welfare Award 2005; CAC Community Leadership, Class of 2005; Covenant Health Diamond Award Finalist; NASW BSSW Student of the Year 1994.
