About me
I approach psychotherapy firmly from a cognitive-behavioral perspective, adopting empirically-based interventions. I believe that, in good therapy, everyone in the room is an expert. I bring expertise from my knowledge of and training in treating chronic pain, somatic anxiety, managing sleep, for example, and you, the patient, brings expertise in you and your experiences, your body, and your thoughts. The best therapy and the best results from therapy are the result of good teamwork.
